Fredrich is the Commander of the 253rd Assault Regiment and a CompForce Colonel with the Galactic Empire's Commission for the Preservation of the New Order, better known as COMPNOR. He is a Coruscanti born on 06.01.21BIA to (Deceased) Master Sergeant Heinrich Voigt and (Deceased) Katerina Decoco Voigt. Fredrich first lost his father when he was eleven to a violent robbery gone wrong in which his father attempted to disarm one of the criminals when they pointed their weapon at the then child Fredrich. Not even a full two years later Fredrich was orphaned as debris from the Silent Hand crashed into the floor that the Voight family's apartment was located, killing his mother alongside hundreds of others. After an all too quick investigation by Republic Services, it was deemed that Fredrich had no remaining competent family members that could take guardianship of him, COMPOR took custody and enrolled Fredrich into the Sub-Adult Group. It was here that Fredrich was educated, trained, and indoctrinated into radical fealty to the Republic.
By the age of eighteen the Republic was in its final years, and despite the years of political indoctrination Fredrich never forgot or fully forgave the Republic's failings for the loss of his parents. While his time with the SAGroup would technically mark the beginning of his service, Fredrich acknowledges ROCI. Joining in 4 BIA Fredrich had made it his personal goal to provide the Republic with a dedicated and unshakable law enforcement official that would not be bought by any of the several crime syndicates operating on Coruscant at the time. It was also his goal, though technically forbidden by the code of ethics, to track down and bring his father's killer to justice, who after several years still remained a fugitive. Initially his career seemed promising but that changed rapidly after his first year. Fredrich was what was considered "too good of a cop" by many of his peers. Not in the sense that he was outperforming, rather he was not on the take, and he had no more quarrel with arresting a bad badge as he would a common ryll dealer. This sentiment exploded after Voigt headed a secret investigation into a corrupt Investigator in 1 BIA that resulted in the arrests of three ranking Investigators and ten other staff members within ROCI.
News that under just leadership would have been celebrated and even rewarded was seen as a personal attack against a corrupt regime. The highest-ranking Investigator to be arrested was Chief Superintendent of the 122nd District, Alecco Mortarri. A major player not only in the ROCI, but a personal friend of several Senators and was known to even rub shoulders with Chancellor Or'kee from time to time. Approximately two months after these arrests Voigt was involuntarily separated from ROCI over Malfeasance accusations, though the exact details surrounding the incident are redacted from record the termination was signed personally by the then Deputy Director of ROCI. Not long after the termination the Republic was formed into the Empire it is today. Its new Emperor spoke of purging the Empire of the corruption and incompetence that had brought it to its knees, such a thing was absolute inspiration to young men like Fredrich, so Fredrich went to the one place he thought he could help make such things happen. The newly reformed COMPNOR.
Voigt was fully welcomed into COMPNOR, knowing several of the current leaders as fellow SAGroupers, and even some of the older ones as fresh-faced instructors during his youth. Voigt was assigned to CompForce where he was further trained and educated alongside many others to become elite soldiers whose ferocity in battle could only be matched by their loyalty and dedication to the New Order. After completing training, he was near immediately deployed with the restructured Imperial forces where he and the other CompForce members were thrown into campaign after campaign to bring order, stability and loyalty to the order galaxy wide. Proving a competent soldier and tactician, it did not take Voigt long to begin moving up within the ranks of CompForce. With each campaign he seemed to take home a new ribbon or rank. Over twenty odd years Voigt served diligently and without falter, eventually achieving the rank of Colonel and given command of his own Regiment.
